Better safe than sorry. We can quote most types of events over the phone in a matter of minutes.
Event Cancellation Insurance
Protect yourself from financial losses you may incur as a result of event cancellation.
There may be circumstances beyond your control that lead to the cancellation of your event. Event cancellation insurance reimburses your irrecoverable costs & expenses incurred or loss of profit or gross revenue following the unforeseeable cancellation, abandonment, postponement, interruption or relocation of your event.
Please note unfortunately we cannot provide event cancellation cover to protect against events cancelled as a result of the current known occurrence of Coronavirus – event cancellation cover excludes any loss directly or indirectly arising out of contributed to by or resulting from Coronavirus (2019-nCoV / COVID-19) or any mutation or variation thereof, including fear or threat of any of the foregoing (whether actual or perceived).
As a leading provider of bespoke cancelled event insurance we can provide a comprehensive stand alone event cancellation insurance policy for most types of event from small meetings and gatherings to major conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, premieres, live music festivals, carnivals, concerts, tours, fairs, tournament and sports events from 10 to 100,000 attendees.
Whatever your event, big or small, we can provide cover to protect your financial interests. It is significantly prudent of any event organiser, promoter or sponsor to consider protecting their financial position against circumstances beyond their control.
Should your event be unable to proceed without the attendance of key personnel such as performers, entertainers and public speakers we can arrange a non appearance insurance extension to protect your losses should they be unable to attend. Please see the relevant page for more information on this type of cover.
