Why don’t we provide an online event insurance quote and buy service? We used to, but in our experience, we found that most users insured themselves incorrectly, rather than have you do all the work and make a mistake we prefer to speak to you, find out about your event and provide a quote in person that meets your requirements. Better safe than sorry. We can quote most types of events over the phone in a matter of minutes.
Annual Event Insurance
If you organise a number of events throughout the year then you could see a vast saving by taking out a multiple events policy as opposed to insuring each event one by one. Whether you organise a number of the same type of event or put on a mixed variety throughout the year we can offer you a policy covering everything all in one place.
Our in-house event liability scheme can cover up to 15 or 45 events within a 12 month period. Cover can range from boxing shows to exhibitions, festivals to family fun days. There are many event types listed which can all be covered on one policy. If your events are on a much larger scale such as different festivals with attendances above 30,000 then we can still look to offer you annual insurance cover. However, we would source quotations from outside markets such as the Lloyd’s of London insurance syndicates.
Multiple event cancellation cover is also available but each event is considered on its own merit. As such, rather than offering you a block policy for up to 15 or 45 events as we would do with the event liability insurance we would need to list each event that you require cover for individually and obtain all of the relative information such as the financial exposure of each event, dates, locations etc.
